25years, It has been recognized as Singapore's largest recruitment firm with
two main businesses in professional recruitment and flexible staffing across
Asia-Pacific area except Japan. According to earnings as of December 31,2016,
HRnet Group made S$ 365 million (US $ 264 million) in revenue and $ 48.434
million (US $ 34.99 million) in net profit.
Through its 11 brands, HRnet Group operates in 10 Asian cities,
namely, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Beijing,
Shanghai, Taipei, Seoul and Tokyo. The company has more than 1,000 consultants
active in the business every day and has more than 10000 contractors who serve
customers at any time, including 104 Fortune 500 companies. In 2016, HRnet
Group placed more than 8,500 full-time positions successfully for customers
around the world.
HRnet Group has a
total of 838 full-time employees now. After 16 June 2017 IPO, The group will
build a co-ownership model, through the "123GROW Plan" that will
allow up to 424 employees to become shareholders in the company. The program
will continue to inspire good performers to participate.
